rosemary and lemon shortbread
adapted from a sticky affair

one cup plain flour
half teaspoon salt
quarter teaspoon baking powder
zest of two lemons
small handful chopped rosemary
one hundred grams butter
tablespoon melted honey
quarter cup icing sugar
extra caster sugar for dusting

preheat oven to 150C
sift together flour, salt, baking powder, lemon zest and rosemarry. in a seperate bowl mix together softened butter with sugar and honey. slowly add dry to the wet, then begin to knead with your hands. form the dough into a flat disc and refrigerate for 10-20 minutes.
roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper, cut out cookie shapes and place onto lined baking sheet. bake for 18-20 minutes or until soft browned on edges. place on cooling rack and then mow down.

i found some elderflower cordial, mellow yellow.
