cocoa brownies
ten tablespoons butter
one and a quarter cup sugar
three quarter cup cocoa powder
one fourth teaspoon salt
one teaspoon vanilla extract
two large eggs, cold guys
one third cup + one tablespoon flour
preheat oven to 190C
line eight by eight" pan with parchment paper, leave overhang. melt butter, add sugar, cocoa, vanilla, salt, and maybe two teaspoons water. stir hard and then add eggs, stir hard again. mix in flour next, stir lots. pour batter into pan, then bake for 25-35 minutes. should smell delicious and taste even better when done.
serve on foggy days.
