chocolate coconut blondies

one cup brown sugar
half cup of melted butter
one egg
one teaspoon vanilla extract
one cup flour
quarter teaspoon baking soda
quarter teaspoon salt
one cup chocolate chips/chunks
one cup sweetened shredded coconut

 
preheat oven to 175C

mix sugar and butter, then add egg and vanilla. mix well, until well combined. in smaller bowl combine flour, salt, baking soda, then add this to sugar mixture. add in chocolate and coconut, and then scoop batter into greased pan. bake for twenty to twentyfive minutes.

let cool (or don't) and eat warm. guzzle down cups of tea/milk however you choose, share with someone, they will thank you greatly.
